Many Storme pieces are handmade. Small variations in crochet, stitching, embellishments, colour or finish may occur and are part of the individual nature of handmade garments rather than defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and update prices at any time.

Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Certain Storme pieces may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.

Estimated production and dispatch times will be clearly stated on the relevant product page. These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally change due to the handmade nature of our products.

Where applicable, your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not affected.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched according to the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
