Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Storme pieces. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or other marks
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and the item has not been worn.
Personalised or genuinely made-to-measure items cannot normally be returned unless faulty or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as our standard items unless the item has been personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it for you.
Handmade Pieces
Many Storme pieces are handmade, meaning slight variations in crochet, stitching, embellishments and finish may naturally occur. These individual variations are part of the character of a handmade garment and are not necessarily considered faults.
